About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Customer Engagement Officer.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp
• Follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchases
• Maintain a daily log of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and timely updates
• Identify upselling opportunities and nurture long-term customer loyalty

Who You Are

• Excellent communicator with a friendly, persuasive tone
• Confident on phone calls and comfortable using WhatsApp Business tools
• Organized, responsive, and great at follow-through
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Passionate about clean energy and helping people make smart choices

Requirements

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. Degree
• 3 years of relevant experience
