## Title: Customer Care Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Customer Care Representative to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
  • Track, analyze, and report customer feedback and service performance using Excel
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance service quality
  • Provide product and service information to customers clearly and confidently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
  • Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc Degree from a recognized institution
  • Maximum age: 30 years
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Compensation

N110,000 - N150,000 monthly
