## Title: Customer Care Officer

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service operations and handle incoming phone calls
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Generate sales leads and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
  • Maintain trust with customers and meet team sales targets
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Female candidate
  • Must reside in Lagos, preferably within the following areas: Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando, or Abule-Ado and environs
