Position Overview:
- The Cruises Trainee/Associate will assist in planning, coordinating, and managing cruise packages and travel arrangements. This role is ideal for graduates or individuals with experience in the travel industry, particularly in holidays, packages, or visa processing. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth execution of cruise bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and managing cruise packages, including itineraries, pricing, and promotions.
- Liaise with clients, travel agents, and cruise lines to confirm bookings and resolve inquiries.
- Support visa processing and related travel documentation for cruise passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide administrative support for departmental projects and campaigns.
- Stay updated on cruise line offerings, travel trends, and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
& Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the travel industry (holidays, packages, or visa processing) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and MS Office applications.
