Credit Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct credit risk analysis to ensure effective management of the loan portfolio. - Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets to support informed credit decisions. - Identify, assess, and manage credit risks by applying appropriate risk control plans. - Apply suitable risk techniques (terminate, treat, tolerate, or transfer) based on the organization's risk appetite. - Structure credit facilities in line with borrowers' needs and the organization's lending policy Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience - Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards. - Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business requirements and priorities. - Industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
