About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a dedicated Credit Officer to facilitate lending services across Kaduna State. In this role, you will assess the creditworthiness of clients, process loan applications, and ensure all lending requirements are met in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate credit risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Analyse financial information and calculate risk ratios
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated and organized records of all loan applications
• Monitor the progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Strong proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc qualification in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field
