Credit Officer (Sango/Ijoko & It's Environ)

About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork in the Sango/Ijoko area of Ogun State, including Ogba Iyo, Ijoko, and Abule Ijoko.

Credit Officer responsibilities include preparing loan applications, evaluating clients' financial information, and calculating risk ratios. You will help our clients acquire loans on time while ensuring all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Set up payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Follow up with clients about loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE/OND/HND/BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
