About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Credit Officer to facilitate lending services in Minna, Niger State. In this position, you will assess the creditworthiness of clients and process relevant paperwork to ensure timely loan acquisition while maintaining all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess loan requests from clients
• Evaluate clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Analyze financial information and calculate risk ratios
• Contact clients to gather necessary financial data and documentation
• Approve or reject loan requests based on risk assessment
• Establish and set up payment plans for approved loans
• Maintain updated and organized records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress and performance of existing loans
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and financial products
• Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• NCE/OND/HND/BSc qualification in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
