Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit analysis and assess customer loan applications
• Visit and verify customers' businesses and collateral
• Prepare credit reports and recommendations for approval
• Monitor loan repayment and support recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and CBN lending guidelines

Required Qualifications

• HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in credit and loan management
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of micro-lending
• Risk assessment skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
