Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits for loan disbursement and recovery
• Perform client assessments and evaluations
• Manage documentation and client records
• Build and maintain client relationships

Minimum Requirements

• NCE or OND qualification
• Must reside within Alakia
• Ability and willingness to conduct regular field visits
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Familiarity with Alakia and surrounding communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in microfinance
• Previous field credit experience
