Credit Officer (Abuja-FCT)

About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a motivated Credit Officer to facilitate lending operations by assessing creditworthiness and processing loan applications in Abuja-FCT. You will help clients acquire loans efficiently while ensuring all requirements and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate credit risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Prepare loan applications and financial analyses
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Conduct daily and weekly repayment collection activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
