Creative Team Lead at Adesa Media

About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Creative Team Lead will oversee the creative direction of projects, guide the design team, and ensure that all visual output aligns with the brand's goals and identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and supervise the creation of digital and print designs
• Manage brand assets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work
• Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team
• Review design materials and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams on projects
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Guide, mentor, and manage the creative team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior creative or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication
• Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Ability to guide, mentor, and manage a creative team
