## Title: Creative Director
About the Role
You will be the creative leader overseeing all our output. This is a role for a builder—of ideas, teams, and unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the Vision: Define and drive the creative direction for all projects
- Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and creators
- Oversee Execution: Ensure top-tier quality across all deliverables—from logos and social content to large-scale event environments
- Collaborate & Present: Work with internal teams and clients to turn strategy into stunning creative work
Required Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years in creative direction or art direction
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across branding, motion, and events
- Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma/Sketch
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to balance big creative ideas with practical execution discipline
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in experiential marketing
- Video production background
- Experience crafting campaigns for the African market
