Creative Designer at Tramango

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Designer to join Tramango. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and brand collateral
• Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into engaging visual designs
• Support content creation by editing photos, videos, and other multimedia materials
• Maintain organized project files and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Conduct research on design trends and apply best practices to enhance brand visibility
• Provide design support for campaigns, events, and internal communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and versatility
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication principles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
