Country Manager (Telco Aggregator Business) at Rovedana

Position Overview

Rovedana is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead the strategic growth, operations, and business development of the company's Telco aggregator business in Nigeria. This senior role requires a professional with deep industry experience and strong relationships across major telecom operators, financial institutions, government sector, and non-financial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the Telco aggregator business, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across all telecom operators, financial, non-financial, and government institutions in Nigeria
• Drive the launch and expansion of platforms and value-added service (VAS) solutions in collaboration with Telcos
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share
• Formulate and execute country-level business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams for high performance and accountability
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry events
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to executive management
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital Transformation to drive aggregator business and partnerships in Nigeria

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a technology-related field
• MBA or Master's degree (preferred)

• Monthly Net Salary: 1 Million - 1.5 Million
