## Title: Corporate Sales Manager - Solar Systems

About the Role

Beacongate Limited seeks a dedicated Corporate Sales Manager to drive growth in the solar systems sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective end-to-end sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust corporate sales strategy aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and closing
  • Identify, target, and acquire high-value corporate clients through direct sales efforts, partnerships, and strategic networking
  • Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately; ensure timely reporting on sales performance and business opportunities
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through post-sales support and relationship management
  • Organize customer visits and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Design PEP projects, train channel sales representatives (where applicable), monitor, and mentor ambassadors to promote a high-performance sales culture
  • Gather impactful customer feedback to drive marketing campaigns and implement customer-centric strategies that address partner needs
  • Measure the effectiveness of all initiatives by reporting on key results against predefined KPIs and conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials
