## Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's corporate client base
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across assigned markets
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and ensure excellent service delivery
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
- Provide coaching and support to team members to improve performance
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance reports
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review
- Use data and insights to support decision-making and sales planning
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management
