Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, developing strategic relationships, and securing bulk and corporate deals that drive measurable revenue growth.
This role demands strong B2B sales experience (mandatory), with a proven track record in identifying and managing corporate clients. Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed B2B sales targets
- Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients through direct sales, cold calls, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with organizations, event planners, and institutions
- Prepare customized proposals aligned with clients' needs and company offerings
- Launch and manage targeted marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, social media)
- Maintain an updated CRM to monitor sales pipelines and client interactions
- Negotiate and close bulk orders, catering contracts, and long-term meal plans
- Coordinate with operations for seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues within 24 hours
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation by addressing reviews and feedback
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales performance and marketing activities
Requirements
- Education: BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 3–7 years in sales and marketing, with B2B sales experience being mandatory
- Industry Background: Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is a strong advantage
