## Title: Filling Station Operations Coordinator
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Filling Station Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations across multiple CNG retail stations. This role serves as the central communication hub between the corporate office and all station locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
- Act as the central point of communication between corporate office and all CNG retail stations
- Monitor daily operational performance, sales data, and uptime status of all stations
- Consolidate daily reports from each station including sales, breakdowns, compressor hours, and manpower
- Ensure stations adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and finance teams to resolve operational issues promptly
Reporting & Documentation
- Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management
- Maintain records of station sales, fuel receipts, maintenance logs, and staff attendance
- Track station variances (totalizer vs. billing) and highlight discrepancies for corrective action
- Prepare performance dashboards and KPI summaries for management review
Compliance & Safety Monitoring
- Ensure each station follows HSE protocols, documentation, and PPE compliance
- Maintain records of regulatory inspections, permits, and renewals for each station
- Support the HSE team in scheduling safety drills, audits, and compliance reviews
Administrative Support
- Coordinate manpower deployment, leave schedules, and shift rosters in coordination with HR
- Facilitate supply chain coordination for station consumables, uniforms, and spare parts
- Assist in preparation of official communication, notices, and circulars for stations
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government agencies for operational matters
- Support the finance department with billing data, toll receipts, and cash reconciliation tracking
- Communicate company updates, policy changes, and new procedures to all station managers and shift incharges
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
