## Title: Coordinating Officer

Job Objective

To oversee and coordinate branch operations for effective customer service and business performance. This role involves general supervision of business development, marketing, and operations to meet branch targets while maintaining high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all branch operations to ensure effective customer service and business performance
  • Supervise business development, marketing, and operations teams to meet branch targets
  • Ensure all credit disbursements follow defined organizational processes and procedures to minimize credit loss exposure
  • Implement timely remedial and loan recovery actions on delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Mobilize human and material resources to achieve periodic profit targets
  • Ensure branch delivers efficient and courteous services in line with established processes and procedures
  • Monitor vault, cash, and bank transactions in detail
  • Build and maintain viable relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate new products and services to clients
  • Resolve staff and client conflicts and complaints in a timely manner
  • Address emerging issues in the branch promptly
  • Plan and inspect cash operations and approved transactions
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

  • Quality of loan portfolio (Portfolio at Risk)
  • Client retention ratio
  • Compliance and audit rating
  • Customer satisfaction rating
  • Percentage performance relative to budget across all operational fronts
