Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare both local and continental dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure timely meal preparation during lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals according to menu and guest preferences
• Ensure food presentation meets the company's standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Assist in menu planning and portion control
• Manage food inventory and report shortages on time
• Support the Chef with daily kitchen operations

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 2–3 years' cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge
• Skilled in both local and continental dishes
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Neat, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Must reside within or close to Lekki

Salary

N150,000 monthly
