About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our 24-hour restaurant operation in Lagos, Nigeria. This position offers the chance to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts in a dynamic culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
• Plan and create menus, including specials and seasonal dishes
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored safely and hygienically in compliance with food safety standards
• Present all food attractively and appetizingly to maintain high standards

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in food preparation and cooking
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Availability to resume immediately
• Proximity to Ringroad, Ibadan is preferred

Work Schedule

This is a 24-hour restaurant operation with shifts available during morning, afternoon, and night hours.
