Contracts & Procurement Manager

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic procurement plans - Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and reliability - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in line with regulatory and company requirements - Conduct cost analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and mitigate supply‑related risks - Streamline procurement processes and improve supply chain efficiency - Monitor vendor performance and lead improvement initiatives Requirements: - Degree in Engineering (MBA is an advantage) - Professional certification: CIPS or equivalent - 15+ years’ experience in contracting & procurement within Engineering/Galvanizing/Oil & Gas industries - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of local and international procurement regulations
