## Title: Content Creator - Social Media Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting a Content Creator to manage and grow their social media presence across multiple platforms. This role involves creating compelling content, developing social media strategies, and driving engagement to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a warm and professional brand presence
  • Track performance metrics using social media insights and analytics tools, and adjust content accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media with campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in the gifting, lifestyle, and retail space
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase product awareness and drive traffic
  • Build relationships with influencers, manage brand collaborations, and support user-generated content
  • Provide monthly social media reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or gifting
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
  • Creative content creation and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies for growth
  • Experience with paid ads and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)

  • Experience with growing and managing online communities
  • Proven influencer partnership management experience
  • Experience with content calendars and planning
  • A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and creating a strong online presence
