We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Content Creator and Graphics Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role blends visual storytelling with strategic marketing to showcase our hotel's unique experiences, services, and ambiance. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
• Write compelling copy that reflects the hotel's voice and appeals to target audiences (leisure, business, events)
• Collaborate with departments (F&B, Spa, Events) to highlight seasonal offerings and guest experiences

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website) and print materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
• Create branded templates for internal and external communications
• Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines

Multimedia and Visual Assets

• Capture and edit photos and videos of hotel spaces, events, and guest experiences
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers when needed for professional shoots
• Maintain a digital asset library of visuals and templates

Strategy and Analytics

• Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust creative strategies accordingly
• Stay updated on hospitality trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithms

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years in content creation or design, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands

Design Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software
