About the Role

Robeck Locks Ltd is seeking a dedicated Content Creator and Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media and digital marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will manage our digital presence, drive customer engagement, and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's presence on all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging digital content for social media channels, including videos, memes, blogs, photos, testimonies, and infographics
• Develop and implement content marketing campaigns tailored to each channel
• Monitor social media channels to respond appropriately to posts, comments, and messages from customers
• Ensure all content has high visual impact and meets corporate guidelines
• Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO) strategies
• Identify and escalate issues requiring management attention
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices
• Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms
• Manage event-related social media content and publicity
• Perform content curation and copywriting tasks
