Content Creator (Fashion) at 360 Creative Innovation Hub

About the Role

We are hiring a Content Creator with experience in the creative and fashion sector who understands culture, aesthetics, and digital storytelling.

You will create content across two platforms: a fashion co-working and production hub, and a retail and access-to-market platform for independent Made-in-Africa brands. Your role is to turn real fashion work, production, and community moments into content that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos, photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Capture garment production, programs, pop-ups, and designer stories
• Write clean captions and adapt content for multiple platforms
• Package and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms used by fashion buyers and industry professionals

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in the creative and fashion sector
• Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics and production processes
• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and deliver consistently
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real results
