Content Creator & Community Manager

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: - Create daily content (reels, carousels, stories, posts) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn - Develop product education & beauty tip content - Create campaign content for product launches & promos. Community Management: - Respond to comments & mentions across all platforms - Manage customer queries and route leads to sales - Enforce brand tone and response time standards. Growth & Engagement: - Run polls, Q&As, giveaways & interactive content - Build loyal community around Perfect Trust brands - Increase repeat engagement. Collaboration: - Work with graphics designer on e-commerce campaigns and agency on brand activations across the business - Support influencer collaborations, UGC and PTC BA Squad. Reporting: - Submit weekly performance report on growth, engagement & leads. Crisis Management: - Handle negative comments and escalate when appropriate.
