Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to produce high-quality travel-related content that resonates with high schoolers, teenagers, and young adults. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong visual eye, capable of creating engaging videos, reels, blogs, and social media posts that amplify the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and edit engaging multimedia content (short videos, reels, blogs, and stories) tailored for the target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns, app features, and community initiatives
• Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and cultural events to produce fresh, relevant content
• Optimize content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company's digital ecosystem
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback
• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or social media manager (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills
• Familiarity with travel culture, trends, and youth-centered content
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to capture on-location content

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
• Knowledge of influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns
• Basic photography skills and drone operation
• Understanding of analytics tools
