About The Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage and produce engaging content for our supermarket brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating digital content that promotes our products, offers, and in-store activities across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others)
• Promote products, discounts, and store activities through creative content
• Manage and update social media pages regularly
• Capture in-store content and customer engagement moments
• Edit videos and images using basic editing tools
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement
• Ensure all content aligns with the supermarket's brand image

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator or social media handler
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
• Basic photography and video editing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Prior experience in retail or supermarket content creation (advantageous)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: 200,000
• Yearly salary increment
• 13th month bonus
• Quarterly profit sharing
