Job Description

As a Content Creator at ILEOJA Marketplace, you will develop and manage content across social media, website, and marketing channels. You'll create engaging videos, product showcases, promotional content, and behind-the-scenes stories that highlight the uniqueness of the ILEOJA Marketplace community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Create high-quality photo and video content for product promotions and events
• Develop creative social media posts, captions, and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies
• Stay up to date with trends in content creation, social media, and e-commerce marketing
• Cover live events, vendor interviews, and promotional activities
• Ensure all content aligns with ILEOJA Marketplace's brand voice and visual identity

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, InShot, etc.)
• Excellent storytelling and creativity
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eye for detail, design, and aesthetics

Education & Experience

• Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation and digital marketing
