## Title: Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator and Social Media Manager to develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and promotes our real estate offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, reels, blogs, and infographics
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Monitor and engage with audience through comments, messages, and mentions
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content
  • Manage paid social media ads, budgets, and track return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with influencers, designers, and videographers for campaigns
  • Build and nurture an active online community to boost engagement
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities
  • Produce SEO-optimized content including blogs, website copy, and property listings
  • Develop email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales
  • Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms
  • Handle crisis management and address negative feedback professionally
  • Train and guide team members on social media and content best practices

Required Qualifications

  • HND or BSc degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut)
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
