About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Content Producer and Presenter to join our expanding team at Ramos Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering compelling content for our social media platforms, website, and YouTube channel. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and brand voice
• Produce memorable video content that audiences will want to share
• Lead projects in their entirety—from creation, scripting, and storyboarding to shooting and editing
• Work with the content and commercial teams to promote and amplify projects via video
• Generate ideas for social videos and bring out the best from existing talent
• Source newsworthy data from real estate publications and existing public discourses
• Interview prominent figures to obtain precise, well-rounded accounts
• Prepare talking points and notes before presentations
• Chair roundtable discussions to unpack pertinent stories and demonstrate active listening
• Prioritize multiple requests simultaneously and identify internal or external resources as appropriate
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely publication of material
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Gather viewer observations to facilitate audience engagement
• Meet and interview guest appearances
