Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the business
- Develop, review, and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and assist with compliance reporting
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters
- Investigate potential violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain records of compliance activities and findings
- Leverage industry-specific experience to ensure best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role (preferably in fintech or tech)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and a high standard of professional ethics
