Completions Operations Manager at Librod Energy Services Limited

LIBROD is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Completions Operations Manager to lead and oversee all completion activities within our Completion and Production Enhancement Product line (CPE) in Nigeria. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of well completion programs, ensuring optimal service quality, operational excellence, and full compliance with international industry standards.

This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in completion systems with strong operational and managerial skills, driving performance improvement, service quality, and cost optimization across all completion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all completion operations, ensuring technical integrity, efficiency, and safety
• Supervise engineering and field execution teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and implement completion programs aligned with client objectives and company standards
• Drive performance excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and industry regulations
• Coordinate closely with the Product Line, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support growth and profitability
• Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in completion and well intervention operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management position
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Petroleum Engineering or related fields considered with equivalent experience
• Proven expertise in sand control, packer systems, liner hanger installation, perforating, and smart upper/lower completion design
• Strong operational background with demonstrated success in managing large-scale completion projects
