Key Responsibilities - Safely transport company staff, management, and authorized visitors as assigned - Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with official schedules - Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good working condition of the company vehicle - Conduct daily checks on the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights, tyres, etc.) - Report any mechanical faults or maintenance needs promptly - Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and vehicle documentation renewals - Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption - Adhere strictly to company policies and road traffic regulations - Ensure the vehicle is used only for authorized company purposes - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Assist with basic administrative errands when required - Avoid reckless driving, unauthorized passengers, or misuse of company vehicles - Ensure proper parking and security of the vehicle at all times.
