Community Engagement Manager at Seedbuilders Innovation Hub

Job Summary

The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for building, strengthening, and sustaining relationships between Seedbuilders Innovation Hub and the communities it serves. This role develops and implements engagement strategies, fosters partnerships, increases participation, and ensures community voices are reflected in organizational initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the official voice of the brand, building, growing, and managing the organization's online and offline community across social media, digital platforms, forums, public events, meetings, workshops, and conferences
• Create and publish timely, clear community content, including programs, event reminders, announcements, and updates to keep the community aligned with Seedbuilders activities and priorities
• Develop content focused on tech careers, helping career professionals navigate growth within the tech ecosystem, supporting program alumni through review sessions, job boards, interview prep clinics, and LinkedIn challenges
• Execute high-impact engagement campaigns by implementing new initiatives such as community hangouts, virtual sessions, webinars, monthly challenges, and mentorships to increase community engagement
• Manage and grow the company's presence on various social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with the target audience, community values, and organizational guidelines, including text, images, and videos
• Plan and host virtual and physical events, including webinars, virtual workshops, value-exchange activities, spotlight stories, empowerment sessions, and monthly engagement activities
• Ensure a smooth and engaging flow of event activities by creating an engaging atmosphere and managing event moderation
• Represent Seedbuilders Innovation Hub at external events, speaking about pathways, programs, and organizational initiatives
