A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Summary - We are seeking a professional with strong customer service experience in the real estate sector, preferably someone who has worked closely with or supervised real estate marketers. - The ideal candidate will manage communication with clients and marketers, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain positive relationships across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, follow-ups, and support. - Coordinate and manage real estate marketers, ensuring alignment with sales goals. - Track performance of marketers and provide updates to management. - Handle feedback, complaints, and resolution processes professionally. - Maintain a positive and responsive communication atmosphere across teams. - Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting client retention efforts. Requirements - Experience in real estate customer service or client management. - Familiarity with overseeing or managing marketer activities. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. - Ability to build professional relationships and maintain trust.
