## Title: Community and Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organised and sales-driven Community and Growth Manager to help us build and engage a vibrant digital community, run workshops and convert attention into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, engage and grow our online community across social media and email
  • Organise and facilitate workshops and trainings, both onsite and virtually
  • Develop high quality Canva presentations, flyers and other marketing materials
  • Plan and run social media campaigns and ads, track performance and optimise results
  • Write newsletters, research topics and organise content into a searchable database
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and other digital tools
  • Handle customer care, respond to enquiries and close sales from leads
  • Moderate online sessions, webinars and live events

About You

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in community building, marketing or growth
  • Very organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems and digital tools
  • Strong communicator, confident in writing, presenting and talking to people
  • Familiar with Canva or similar design tools, and with CRM platforms
  • Excited by sales, targets and turning engagement into paying customers
