## Title: Community and Growth Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organised and sales-driven Community and Growth Manager to help us build and engage a vibrant digital community, run workshops and convert attention into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, engage and grow our online community across social media and email
- Organise and facilitate workshops and trainings, both onsite and virtually
- Develop high quality Canva presentations, flyers and other marketing materials
- Plan and run social media campaigns and ads, track performance and optimise results
- Write newsletters, research topics and organise content into a searchable database
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and other digital tools
- Handle customer care, respond to enquiries and close sales from leads
- Moderate online sessions, webinars and live events
About You
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in community building, marketing or growth
- Very organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems and digital tools
- Strong communicator, confident in writing, presenting and talking to people
- Familiar with Canva or similar design tools, and with CRM platforms
- Excited by sales, targets and turning engagement into paying customers
