About the Role

You will own the marketing and communications voice, grow awareness and visitation, and manage reputation across key stakeholders. The role covers media relations, social media, and performance digital marketing to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan quarterly communications and digital marketing campaigns aligned with seasons, events, and target markets
• Secure national and international media coverage through press releases, op-eds, media briefings, and press trips
• Lead social media strategy, content calendar development, real-time community management, and influencer partnerships
• Manage paid media across search, social, display, and video with clear CPA and CPL targets
• Oversee content creation for web, email, and video while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards
• Build partner marketing collaborations with hotels, airlines, OTAs, and event promoters using shared toolkits and UTMs
• Consolidate analytics in GA4 and Looker Studio, providing insights and optimizing budgets accordingly
• Implement issues and crisis communication protocols where necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• 7 years of experience in communications, PR, and digital marketing within tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands
• Proven track record of media placements and social media growth, including hands-on paid media optimization
• Strong social media management experience
• SEO experience
• Excellent writing and spokesperson skills, with confidence in on-camera or live briefings
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
