Communications Officer at Estymol Oil Services

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Communications Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for strengthening corporate communications, managing media relations, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing communication performance across all organizational channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain communication systems, policies, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging messaging across all internal, external, and digital platforms
• Plan and execute media campaigns, manage media buying and monitoring, and produce high-quality marketing content
• Lead social media strategy, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Coordinate corporate events, marketing activations, and digital campaigns
• Support change management initiatives through clear, targeted communication that improves stakeholder understanding and buy-in
• Conduct daily media monitoring and social listening to track brand conversations
• Analyze digital metrics, including social media insights and Google Analytics, to measure campaign effectiveness and guide data-driven communication decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, social sciences, administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate communications, external affairs, social media management, and/or advertising within a reputable and structured business environment
• Strong knowledge of newsletter conceptualization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
