About the Role
The Communications & Marketing Manager will oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging, brand growth, and strong engagement with parents, students, alumni, and the public.
You'll work closely with the Executive Director, Heads of Schools, and the Admissions Team to design and implement campaigns that reflect the excellence, values, and culture of Stella Maris High School.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified communications and marketing strategy across all school campuses
- Manage and grow the school's online presence across social media, website, and newsletters
- Collaborate with design and admissions teams to create compelling campaigns that drive enrollment
- Lead brand consistency initiatives from visuals to tone across all communication channels
- Write, edit, and approve content for newsletters, press releases, and digital media
- Oversee photography, video, and storytelling initiatives that showcase student life and achievements
- Track engagement metrics and report performance to leadership
- Support event marketing, community engagement, and alumni relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or brand management
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
- Proven ability to plan campaigns and meet deadlines
- Experience working in an educational or fast-paced organization (preferred)
