Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire, and meet commercial loan sales targets
• Grow borrowings (deposit liability) in line with set targets
• Act as a point of escalation for clients and client service teams, ensuring best-in-class service delivery
• Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current
• Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies

Required Qualifications

• First degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, marketing, sales, or business development roles
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proven knowledge and track record in credit/risk analysis
