Job description
We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, acquire and meet Commercial loan sales target.
- Grow borrowings (Deposit liability) in line with set target.
- Act as a point of escalation for clients and the client service teams, ensuring the best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.
- Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current.
- Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- First degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance and related courses
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills and people skills.
