## Title: Commercial Manager - Healthcare Sector

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Manager to lead and manage our commercial operations within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, delivering impactful presentations, and working cross-functionally to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across healthcare segments (hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharma, medical devices, etc.)
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing models
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Resolve client issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach

Presentations & Communication

  • Deliver high-quality presentations and product/service demonstrations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Commercial Strategy & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial/sales role within the healthcare or medical industry
  • Proven experience in B2B, B2C sales, contract negotiation, and client account management
