## Title: Contracts Administrator I
About the Role
ABNL Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to steward and administer vendor contracts and purchase orders. You will ensure uninterrupted goods and service delivery to stakeholders while maintaining compliance with organizational controls and procurement requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer vendor contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with controls and timely delivery of goods and services
- Research and analyze existing contracts, identifying issues and making strategic recommendations
- Monitor and manage contract expiration dates to prevent service interruptions
- Create and amend Service Requests and Service Entries for Production Operations contract services in the Company's SAP system
- Liaise daily with Contractor Representatives to address issues related to purchase order placement, amendments, and invoice payments
- Generate contract status reports for management review
- Maintain accurate records management and ensure compliance with procurement, controls, and business requirements
- Support Accounts Payable department as needed
- Coordinate with field personnel to capture Contractor performance evaluations (ongoing and end-of-service) for future contract consideration
- Identify performance and efficiency improvement opportunities in contracts alongside Contract Advisors and Representatives
- Collaborate with Procurement on contract renewal, award, resolutions, and follow-up action items
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools
- Experience working within a large corporation or complex organizational setting
- Experience with developing businesses and Landowner Companies (LANCOs)
- Experience engaging with contractors in a developing country environment
