About the Role

We are recruiting Collections Officers to follow up with customers on overdue loan repayments, update records, and ensure timely recovery in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with customers on outstanding loans
• Update repayment information accurately
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Work towards daily and weekly recovery targets

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet targets
• Previous experience in collections or telemarketing (advantageous)
