An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities     - Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. - Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. - Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system. - Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. - Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.  Requirements    - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cold calling - Knowledge of hospitality, travel, and sales conversion is an added advantage      - Fluent spoken and written English     - High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset     - Organised, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM)    Check how your CV aligns with this job
