## Title: CO2 Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified CO2 Sales Manager to lead the sales and expansion of industrial and food-grade carbon dioxide across key markets. You will manage relationships with major customers in manufacturing, beverage, food processing, healthcare, oil & gas, and related industries, while driving revenue growth and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand sales of industrial and food-grade CO₂ to customers across manufacturing, beverage, food processing, healthcare, oil & gas, and related industries
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying new growth opportunities in targeted sectors
  • Coordinate customer visits, product presentations, and after-sales follow-up
  • Negotiate supply contracts and pricing with customers to drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning
  • Ensure reliable product delivery by working closely with production, distribution, and logistics teams
  • Monitor customer consumption trends and forecast demand to prevent supply disruptions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share
  • Monitor sales activity, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement
  • Address customer questions and concerns related to CO₂ products

Required Qualifications

  • First Degree or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, with at least 4 years in technical sales
  • Experience in FMCG industry (e.g., NBC, Seven UP, AB InBev, or similar companies like Novo Gas)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Sales such as ISM, NASP, or ICSP

Compensation

N10,000,000 - N12,000,000 Annually
