## Title: Client Service & Administrative Officer

Job Summary

The Client Service & Administrative Officer serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient operations, and strong client relationships. The role oversees administrative processes, procurement, and reporting to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, onboarding, and satisfaction to ensure service quality and retention
  • Handle client communications, proposals, service agreements, and issue resolution
  • Oversee janitor deployment, site inspections, fumigation, and cleaning operations
  • Coordinate procurement of consumables, vendor management, and stock control
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure accurate invoicing, payroll, and budget tracking
  • Prepare and submit timely operational and client service reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
  • 4–6 years' experience in client service, administration, or operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facility operations

Compensation

N150,000 - N180,000 per month
